Meet Our Baker
Our baker, Barbara Licata, started Dogwood Bake Shoppe as a life-changing step in her own health and wellness journey. She decided to concentrate on reducing and eliminating ultra-processed products, especially those laden with GMOs and unhealthy seed oils. She strives to eat more organically where possible and makes food substitutions for healthier benefits in the effort to attain longevity goals. Now she spends more time smiling and enjoying life and she wants to share that amazing feeling.
